Hope your summer's going well! Sure better than last summer... weather wise. Just wanted to tell you and Steve about our summer neighbor's experience at Brown motors. They're retired and live in Troy and bought their car down there. Had car problems up here, brought it to you and tell us they have never been treated so wonderfully by a dealership! Helped with car rental, extremely helpful customer service, especially Alice. They went on and on! It was only when they finished did we tell them that we were friends. Obviously, you guys continue to be the best! Keep up the great work!
